“The three sectors are the businesses or private sector, civil socity and government or so-called public sector,” he said.

Mr. Nasereddin detailed the roles and features that characterize each sector.

“Government sets the rules and regulations and establishes a huge administrative body to execute its vision; the private sector determines the goals and enourages its staff by granting them different kinds of incentives to achieve such goals. Meanwhile, civil society institutions seek to conduct consultations with its members to reach to a consensus on how to proceed forward,” he added.

Mr. Nasereddin stressed on the need to create harmony between the three main sectors by integrating the features and roles.

From his part, Mr. Hassan Abu Nemeh, TAG-Org's consultant tackled the German Jordanian relations and the mechanism in which Germany can follow to help Jordan boost development.

“The German Jordanian bilateral relations are not recent, they have been around for more than five decades in political, commercial, security and other fields of cooperation,” he stated.

The relation between the two countries is of a European-Arab prospective.

The main interest of the US and Europe in Jordan is attributed to its role in maintaining the stability and security of the region.

“The level of the Jordan-German economic and commercial cooperation, based on statistics, is described as satisfactory. We are not looking for new patterns of cooperation with Germany but to develop the existing ones through joint ventures,” Abu Nemeh concluded.
