ASCA (Jordan) and JACPA Discuss Cooperation

 

Al Qawasmi highly praised the effective professional role of ASCA led by HE Abu-Ghazaleh in advancing the profession

AMMAN --- March 21, 2012 --- Chairman of Jordan Association of Certified Public Accountants (JACAP) Mr. Hatem Al Qawasmi emphasized the integral relationship with the Arab Society of Certified Accountants - ASCA /Jordan chaired by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh.

Al Qawasmi, who received a delegation headed by ASCA/Jordan Deputy Chairman Mr. Saeed Sulaiman, highly praised the effective professional role of ASCA led by HE Abu-Ghazaleh in advancing the profession.

From his part, Sulaiman extended his congratulations to the new JACAP Board of Directors chaired by Mr. Al Qawasmi expressing his sincere wishes of further success in serving and promoting the profession in Jordan.

Future cooperation between ASCA and JACPA was also discussed during the meeting, where Mr. Fahm Al Mousa, the Executive Director of ASCA, presented a brief presentation of ASCA/Jordan activities and accomplishments.

He also stressed willingness to enhance and open new channels of cooperation in the service of accounting and auditing in the Kingdom.

Al Mousa also suggested offering the professional publications issued by ASCA, which has the exclusive right of their Arabic translation, at special preferential prices to JACPA members.
