Abu-Ghazaleh and Al Bakri Discuss Means of Cooperation to Support SMEs in Oman

Abu-Ghazaleh underlined the comprehensive array of the Organization’s services in the fields of capacity building, governmental administrative programs, and the support of the SMEs in cooperation with the UNDP

MUSCAT --- February 8, 2009 --- Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and CEO of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org), discussed with the Omani Minister of Manpower, Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasir bin Abdullah Al Bakri, means of cooperation in the fields of capacity building and the support of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Sultanate.

Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh underlined the comprehensive array of the Organization’s services in the fields of capacity building, governmental administrative programs, and the support of the SMEs in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

Attending the meeting were Dr. Abdul Kareem Bin Sultan Al Mugheeri, director general of the Vocational Criteria and Program Development at the Ministry and Mr. Mo'awiyah Khaleefah, TAG-Org executive manager in Oman and Mr. Majdi Al-Abiad, TAG-Business executive manager.

At the end of the meeting, H.E Al Bakri commended the services offered by TAG-Org in the fields of businesses and development in the Arab world and particularly in Oman.
