‘Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting’ Concludes “Education Quality Expert” Training Program at Al-Rowad International Schools

AMMAN - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), has announced the conclusion of the “Education Quality Expert” training program, conducted for the cadre of the Quality Assurance Department at Al-Rowad International Schools.
The program implemented by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Quality Assurance in Education Department (TAG-EDUQA), at the premises of Al-Rowad Schools, aimed at providing the participants with an in-depth understanding of education quality concepts and their various dimensions.
The training covered key topics, including the role of quality assurance departments, evaluation and analysis methodologies, school accreditation tools, and strategies for continuous improvement.
Dr. Maria Tawalbeh, TAG-EDUQA executive director has affirmed that , “Through this program, we seek to enhance the sustainable “”quality culture at the educational institutions and support the development of education in the Kingdom,” adding that “the training program sought to equip the participants with cutting-edge evaluation techniques, standards and indicators analysis, and empowering them to become skilled in the utilization of the accreditation tools and strategic planning”.
In line with strategic vision of TAG.GD Founder and Chairman, HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, regarding the investment in ‘Knowledge Workers’ as the cornerstone for comprehensive development and a more sustainable future, Dr. Tawalbeh pointed out that the program served as a platform for building a sustainable learning community within the school, focusing on enhancing analytical thinking skills and the integration of quality with knowledge excellence.
For his part, the representative of Al-Rowad Schools has emphasized that such training programs significantly and effectively improve the School’s education quality and elevate the professional performance of its team, especially in areas of accreditation and quality assurance.
It is worth mentioning that the training program incorporated interactive activities designed to strengthen participants’ practical skills.
At the end of the program,certificates of completion were awarded to participants.
