Abu-Ghazaleh Participates in the Festival of Thinkers Conference in UAE

12 Nov 2011 ABU DHABI----November 12, 2011------HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and CEO of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) will take part in the Festival of Thinkers Conference to be held in Abu Dhabi November 13-15, 2011.

The fourth Festival of Thinkers Conference which coincides with the National Day of the United Arab Emirates is organized by the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), provides a platform to foster and celebrate thinking, inspires the youth of the region, and allows thinkers from around the world to come together and share their ideas and thoughts.

HE Sheikh Nahayan Mubarak Al Nahayan, UAE Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and HCT Chancellor highlighted the role of scientists, academics, leaders and thinkers in the renewal and progress of human societies and their involvement in generating ideas, solving problems, sustaining the environment, promoting health in the world’s communities and nurturing the values of global peace and understanding.

The Conference will tackle several key issues including: Global Renewal under a New Economic Order, Global Economic Crisis, Environment: Sustainable World for Our Children, Health & UN Millennium Development Goals, Leaders of Tomorrow, Reframing Education, Inspiring through the Arts and Global Challenges: Making Education Count in addition to others.
