The 3RD International Training, Management & Human Resources Development Conference (HRD 2005)

On Monday, 12^th of December, His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of State & Chairman of the National Oil & Gas Authority (NOGA) opened the Third International Training, Management & Human Resources Conference which was organized by the CTM Event Management in co-operation with NOGA. Lasted until the 14^th of December, the event was held at Al Bander Hotel & Resort and was attended by more than 250 participants from Bahrain, other GCC and Arab states, and from other international countries.

Keynote speakers at the conference were Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, Founder and Chairman of the Abu-Ghazaleh International Group, Professor Ronald Jacobs, Director of Centre on Education & Training, U.S.A., Eng. Abdul Rahman Jawahery, General Manager of Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC), and Accor Middle East, France Corporate Director, Dr. Denis Sorin.  They covered several topics, including the development and creation of technical and professional cadres who are trained on latest training and human resources development technologies. The HRD 2005 was the third in the series of this event.  The first conference was held in the Kingdom of Bahrain in October 2003 and the second conference was held in December 2004.
