On February 27, 2006, the Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business was opened in a special ceremony. Under the patronage of the Jordanian Prime Minister, one of the major faculties of the German-Jordanian University was launched with this ceremony. The ceremony was attended by high ranking government officials and representatives of the private sector. The college’s establishment was made possible by the generous financial support of Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh. The College symbolizes the first real strategic partnership between the private and public sectors in the field of higher education in Jordan.
