The Second Conference for Enhancing the Human Resources was Held Last Week in Cairo
30 Nov 2006Cairo hosted the second conference to develop human resources last week. The conference was organized by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Professional Training Group (TAGITRAING) with the cooperation of the Leadership & Management Development Center which is part of the Egyptian Council of Ministers.
The conference focused on presenting valuable experiences which will enhance the entities quality and competence. Further, during the conference they also presented Talal Abu-Ghazaleh &Co. International (TAGorg) experiment with Leadership & Management Development Center.
At the opening of the conference the Chairman and CEO of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. International (TAGorg) Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh stressed on the importance of organizing an international joint conference entitled “Corporation between Private and Public Sector” with the participation of International Organizations such as United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
He also suggested establishing a joint committee to enhance the role of the
private sector in training the public sectors in different areas which will lead to enhancing the employees capabilities.
