Global Compact centers to be established in the Arab States

The Global Compact's contribution in the Arab world will be represented in the establishment of specialised GC centers where different corporations and institutions will be members, according to Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, vice-chair of the Global Compact Board. Abu-Ghazaleh, speaking at a press conference on Saturday in Amman, will be conducting the Board's business and chair the meetings deputizing for United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
