Tobli Club’s General Assembly Certifies the Semi-Annual Administrative Report
23 Apr 2007The general assembly for the Tobli club convened its regular semi-annual election meeting on Friday evening. In the meeting, the administrative and financial report for the previous period was presented. The report stated that the board of directors still didn’t form the financial resources development committee that was recommended by the last assembly, and members accordingly stressed the necessity of activating this recommendation.
Attending the meeting was the representative for the Clubs Affairs Dept. at the General Institution for Youth and Sport, Mr. Abdullah Sayyar, in addition to an accounting representative from Talal Abu-Ghazaleh International (TAGI).
After Secretary Karim Yousef Radi read the ethical report, and Treasurer Abdullah Hasan Ahmed read the financial report, both were discussed extensively by the members.
The members discussed numerous topics, such as the vandalism that the club’s playing field was subjected to and the procedures taken by the club. The members then approved the report and decided to forward written recommendations to the board of directors for executing those permissible to do so.
