Gaza Trademark Office Temporarily Ceases Operations

GAZA - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) would like to notify its clients that filing of trademark applications, processing pending applications, issuing certificates of trademark registrations and any other related activities have all ceased at the Trademark Office in Gaza with effect from August 2007.
While this cessation will continue until further notice, AGIP is currently collaborating with the concerned authorities in Gaza, to ensure that all the rights of the trademark owners are well protected.
