Signing of Memorandum of Understanding between ALROWAD IT Solutions & Talal Abu-Ghazaleh
26 Dec 2007Under the directions of His Highness Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al-Nahayan, UAE Minister of Interior, ALROWAD IT Solutions was established as fully owned by Abu Dhabi Police and Ministry of Interior.
Abu Dhabi, December 26, 2007 ALROWAD IT Solutions and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh information Technology International (TAGITI), member firm of Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organization (TAGorg), signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to cooperate in jointly rendering services to clients in fields of information technology and other related services in terms of consulting, development and implementation. With both companies' visions intersecting in many areas, the two organizations have decided to join forces to provide the different markets in the UAE, Gulf, and Arab World, with varied world-class IT services and solutions
