AMMAN---- February 9, 2011 -----In its endeavors to develop its professional services in the accounting and auditing practice and to keep pace with the latest developments in the profession, Talal Abu-Ghazaleh International (TAGI) has applied the latest version of the 2010-2011 CaseWare Working Papers and CaseWare Audit Module.

The two programs have been developed by CaseWare International Inc. in cooperation with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and in accordance with International auditing standards issued by International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).

The CaseWare Audit program provides an electronic audit solution and is designed to automate the audit process, allowing fast and effective review of all files of working papers.

The program is built around the Risk-based Audit methodology and the clarified international audit standards which are required to be applied for financial periods starting from December 15, 2009.

The program is based on the guide on using international standards of auditing in the audits of Small and Medium- Sized Entities and takes it as a reference. At present, all audit managers, officers and staff are being trained on the use of the two programs at all offices of the Organization in the Arab countries.

It is worth mentioning that TAGI has applied the CaseWare Working Paper on the audit engagements since 2006/2007 and is very keen to update its programs on a continuous basis.
