TAG-Consultants to Provide Quality & HR Consulting to Al-Essra Hospital

The agreement, signed by Mr. Mustafa Nasereddin, executive director of TAG-Consultants and Dr. Nael Masalha, chairman and general manager of Essra Hospital will also include all the hospital's departments, functions and activities

AMMAN-----September 18, 2012------- Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting (TAG-Consultants) signed a quality and HR consulting agreement with Al-Essra Hospital in which TAG-Consult will work on restructuring the HR system, policies and procedures in the entire Hospital.
The agreement, signed by Mr. Mustafa Nasereddin, executive director of TAG-Consultants and Dr. Nael Masalha, chairman and general manager of Al-Essra Hospital will also include all the hospital's departments, functions and activities.

Commenting on signing the agreement, Mr. Nasereddin said:"We are really proud to serve one of the leading hospitals in Jordan and we thank the management of Al-Essra Hospital for putting their trust in our work. We hope to continue serving them in the coming future."

The scope of work provided by TAG-Consultants will include Recruitment and Planning, Relocations and Workforce Planning, Recognition and Promotion Systems, Performance Systems, HR Transactions and Transitions, Training and Development and HR Policies and Procedures.
Al-Essra Hospital was established in September 2001. It was the realization of a dream which sought to provide health care services and facilities to the surrounding community. It is located in north Amman, Jordan in the vicinity of Jordan University a vibrant area that is vital in the healthcare industry.
