TAGO Adopts a New Policy for Bonuses and Increments
22 Feb 2005Talal Abu Ghazaleh Organization (TAGO) has recently adopted a new policy for bonuses and increments applicable for all 42 TAGO offices.
Due to the Company’s outstanding performance through the last year, which is attributed to its high standards and professional conduct, the administration has decided to draft a consistent policy for bonuses and increments to reinforce the spirit of cooperation that prevails in the Company.
"Our staff had an excellent year and this is TAGO’s way of thanking all those who worked hard," TAGO Chairman Talal Abu-Ghazaleh said.
’’We wanted to give something to those who made a difference," he added.
This decision comes along the lines of the Company’s policy of motivating and involving the employees in its achievements and accomplishments.
The policy has been carefully drafted in order to ensure objectivity and transparency. The bonus will be distributed according to a criteria based on the accrued revenue and productivity. Certain measures have been drafted to evaluate the performance of the staff and departments taking into consideration the nature of each company and its activities.
Meanwhile, employees were still sprouting broad smiles when they heard of the clear policy for bonuses and incentives which was based and calculated fairly for all.
TAGO is determined on fulfilling its goals to better serve the Arab world, and upgrade the professional services sector in it, in order to compete in this field internationally.
