Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh stressed on the importance of establishing a Capacity Building Center under the name, “Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society Station” in the ‘Lib’ area of Theban district which will help in overcoming some of the challenges facing the society.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh stated, “TAG-Org continuously works on contributing to the local community and its different sectors, including youth, and strives to equip the new generation with the skills needed to excel in the labor market with today’s economic challenges – especially pertaining to Information Technology knowledge.”
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh assured that the labor market continuously provides opportunities for those who are most efficient and qualified, and that attaining these qualities is possible through adequate training and development of professional skills.
Meanwhile, Al Jamaani thanked Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh for his continuous efforts in supporting and promoting youth, assuring that this center will enable the youth residents in Theban district to develop their skills and capabilities for better job opportunities.
Al Jamaani said, “It is through the joint-efforts of different institutions in both the private and public sectors, and their corporate social responsibility initiatives, such as of TAG-Org's, thatwe can begin working together in finding solutions to poverty and unemployment challenges.”
The establishment of this knowledge station will be similar to that in Governorate of Ma’an, where more than 15 employees of youth were appointed there as part of the largest Electronic Archiving Center established by TAG-Org.
The decision comes as part of TAG-Org’s Social Corporate Responsibility efforts towards the local community in offering needed services to the youth in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and in promising a better future for the residents of Theban district.
