Arab Society seeks members

01 Apr 1984
Practising accountants who want to join the controversial new Arab Society of Certified Accountants without taking an entry exam have only three months in which to apply.

People applying before July 12 who have accounting or business degrees and 10 years experience in a fairly large accounting firm will be accepted, even if they have no other qualifications.

British chartered and certified accountants are allowed in even if they don’t meet the 10-year test.
