14 Dec 1992
AMMAN – An agreement was signed yesterday at the University of Jordan between the Center for Consultancy and Technical Services and Studies, and the Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA).

The agreement aims to have the center hold necessary courses for ASCA students, in order to assist them in passing the ASCA exams at all levels.

The articles of the agreement stipulate that the center shoulders the responsibility for training courses preparation, choosing the proper instructors for these courses, and providing the appropriate lecture halls where the ASCA exams will be conducted.

The agreement also states that ASCA should supply the center with the designated curricula, and revise them and any accompanying material with the objective of introducing the students to ASCA and its study programs. Also, ASCA must provide the center with the books for 3 study phases, so that the center can benefit from these texts when preparing the necessary cultural and training courses for the students.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Issam Zabalawi on behalf of the center, and by Mr. Tawfiq Ibrahim Ayoub on behalf of ASCA.
The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Anwar Albatikhi, President of the Center for Consultancy and Technical Services and Studies, and numerous ASCA officials.
