The Palestinian Accountants and Auditors Society Completed Distributing the Academic Books Related to "Abu-Ghazaleh's" Scholarship

Gaza / "Al-Quds" Special Correspondent - Sae'ed Uwaida, Chairman of the Palestinian Accountants and Auditors Society, stated that the Society, in cooperation with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh's Auditing Office in Gaza, has completed distributing academic books related to Abu-Ghazaleh's scholarships to about (700) accountants in Palestine. 273 scholarships were to the accountants of Gaza's governorates for the purpose of obtaining a certified accountant certificate, according to international standards.
He said that the curriculum that was distributed is the international curriculum, which was approved by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). The examinations will be held next year in November in Gaza.
Mr. Uwaida said that the Society will hold training courses to qualify the Palestinian accountants to take the exam. He also said that the new curriculum includes (18) books which cover the subjects related to accounting, auditing, financial management, economics, statistics, information technology, management accounting and management, in addition to companies' laws, business and taxes.
On behalf of the Palestinian Accountants and Auditors Society's Board of Directors Mr. Uwaida thanked Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for his continuous contribution to developing and advancing the accounting profession and accountants to an international level, particularly in Palestine.
