Berytech hosts Talal Abu-Ghazaleh
11 May 2006On Wednesday May 10, 2006 Berytech hosted a private lunch-debate in honor of the visit of Mr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh, a world expert on Intellectual Property. Born in Jaffa, Mr. Talal Abu Ghazaleh is the Chairman and Founder of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization, the largest Arab group of professional service firms in the fields of accounting, management consulting, technology transfer, training, intellectual property, legal services, information technology, and translation.
He is also the recipient of a substantial number of honors, decorations and chairmanships.
The debate hinged around the challenges of IP in a growing cyber-economy, as well the difficulties of startup who often had limited resources, in investing patents and trademarks.
