New Guideline for Powers of Attorney in Gaza
27 Aug 2006GAZA - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) announced in a Sunday press release that a new procedure concerning the legalization of Powers of Attorney will be applied as of September 1, 2006.
According to a statement issued by the General Directorate for Intellectual Property Rights at the Palestinian Ministry of National Economy, all Powers of Attorney, used for Intellectual Property registration, must be legalized up to the Palestinian Representative Office or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the relevant country instead of being simply signed as previously the case.
