”One of the major initiatives launched by the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization in the Istanbul forum is the completion of Souq Al Quds e-market, a modern project we are ready to launch which shall allow the display and marketing of all products manufactured in the Occupied Territories electronically throughout the world,” HE Senator Abu-Ghazaleh stated.

“Thus, we shall avoid and surpass all obstacles and challenges imposed by the enemy through the illegitimate siege, where any person can roam in the market, examines and buys the products which in turn shall entail overcoming the siege.”

He added, we have come a long way in this project and it is ready for launch to become a vital market between Palestine and the world.

The other remarkable initiative by TAG-Org in Istanbul meeting was the All 4 Palestine project, where HE Senator Abu-Ghazaleh pointed out that the said initiative aims at establishing a database for all Palestinians in all walks of life in recognition of the people of Palestine’s contributions to the progress of mankind.Under the Patronage of HE Senator Talal Abu-Ghazaleh ... ”We have compiled more than seven hundred names in economics, literature, media and literature and other fields of creativity. The initiative has been formally registered in France, as I received the approval of the Prime Minister of France to register it as a French society. The initiative shall be launched and announced in Paris on September 17.”

HE Senator Abu-Ghazaleh talked about the Palestinian Jordanian Businessmen Forum saying: "Our meeting today constitutes a meeting of businessmen who are very concerned to render our services to our homeland through boosting its economy. I would like to say, away from politics, we believe that creativity is the result of specialization. This is because politics has its own people while we are economists whose specialty is business and our goal is to serve the security and economic prosperity.”

HE also stressed the importance of working in absolute transparency and full disclosure and addressed the attendees saying, as the name of your Forum is, your aim must be unification of the Palestinian Jordanian product as partners in economy and fate.

HE announced on behalf of TAG-Org represented by its seventy three branches and various professional activities that he is ready to provide this project with all expected support, and hoped to meet the attendants at the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Business Forum on July 7, 2011 on the “Business to Business” meeting.

HE concluded his speech saying: “Very soon, Palestine shall be liberated from occupation and shall act as an independent state with inseparable and inherent partnership with our beloved Jordan, where we shall all be ready to contribute to its economy.”

HE Senator Abu-Ghazaleh appealed to God to safeguard Jordan and to achieve prosperity and stability under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II Bin Al Hussein.

During the ceremony, Dr. Talal Albow, chairman of the Palestinian Jordanian Businessmen Forum and Eng. Allan Bilal, on behalf of Dr. Abu Obeida Hafez, chairman of the Palestinian Business Forum addressed the audience as well.

At the ceremony, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Jordanian-Palestinian Business Forum and the Palestinian Business Forum under the auspices of HE Senator Abu-Ghazaleh.

In conclusion, Dr. Albow and Eng. Allan presented a Shield and a gift on behalf of the Forums to HE Senator Abu-Ghazaleh in recognition of the sponsorship and his role and efforts in the establishment of vital and strategic projects to boost the economy between Jordan and Palestine.

It is worth mentioning that the Forum seeks to strengthen communication and cooperation between businessmen in Jordan, protect their interests and develop their opportunities and benefits in addition to raising the level of their performance and awareness of legal, economic, administrative fields and development of their commercial and investment relationships with their Palestinian, Arab and other counterparts inside Palestine and worldwide and the promotion of establishing strategic projects to support the two economies of Jordan and the Palestine which shall result in achieving security and prosperity for the economies of the two twin peoples.
