Practical Guide for Valuation and Due Diligence Training Course Initiates

AMMAN - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Valuation (TAGValuation) launched on Sunday the “Practical Guide for Valuation and Due Diligence” internal course for Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAGorg) employees from Jordan and the Arab region at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business/German Jordanian University (TAGCB/GJU).
The three-day course will tackle several issues related to Due Diligence; its purposes, types, process, business valuation. In addition, special sessions will focus on topics such as Intellectual Property (IP) valuation, importance of IP valuation, the need for IP valuation and identification of IP.
The main lecturers of the course are TAGValuation International Director Dr. Ulrich Moser from Germany and TAGValuation Manager Khaled Sewiti.
“This course targets senior internal employees from Jordan and the Arab region in order to enhance their understanding of the IP Valuation and Due Diligence concepts and provide them with the required skills,” Sewiti told ag-IP-news Agency.
“We look forward to explaining the 'know-how' of IP valuation and hope that this will be networked throughout all offices,” Moser noted.
“This course aims at further standardizing the quality of the work and evaluation procedures in the different countries,” he added.
According to Moser, in this case clients from any country requesting evaluation of an IP asset it would be standardized and uniformed.
