The nominees for INTA committees for the 2008-2009 term were announced on September 25, 2007.

The first group is the ‘Education, Information and Services (EIS) Group’ which incorporates, among many working committees, the INTA Bulletin Committee. It provides consistently excellent education, information and services to the Association’s members, industry, trademark professionals, public officials and the general public around the world on trademarks and related issues.
The second group is the ‘Policy Development and Advocacy (PDA) Group’ which incorporates the Internet Committee and the Anti-Counterfeiting & Enforcement Committee among others. It develops policies on critical trademarks and related rights around the world, builds the worldwide influence of trademark owners and shapes public policy by advocating the Association’s positions in treaties, legislation, regulations and cases around the world.
