TAG-Knowledge and GJU Consulting & Training Center Sign MoU

 

According to the MoU diploma degrees in several disciplines, including human resources, accounting and auditing, marketing, psychological rehabilitation, insurance, IT, translation, Arabic language for non – native speakers and project management will be offered

AMMAN------February 8, 2011 --------- Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAG-Knowledge) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Consulting and Training Center of the German Jordanian University (GJU) to offer diploma degrees in several disciplines, including human resources, accounting and auditing, marketing, psychological rehabilitation, insurance, IT, translation, Arabic language for non – native speakers and project management.

The program, expected to begin in February 2011, aims to meet the needs of graduates and job seekers in the local market through the provision of an integrated training program encompassing the training curriculum of the diploma, in addition to specialized courses dealing with the promotion of skills and capabilities with special focus on practical training in major companies.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Ehab Al Maqableh, director of the Consulting and Training Center\GJU and Mr. Tariq Hammad, executive director of TAG-Knowledge.
Dr. Al Maqableh said that this agreement aims at holding specialized courses targeting university students and high school graduates, in addition to those who have recently joined the labor market and who are seeking excellence in acquiring skills to improve their performance in their current jobs.

Mr. Hammad stated that this agreement comes in line with the policy of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) to promote scientific research and development of administrative and financial science in Jordan in particular and the Arab region in general, due to the TAG-Org's huge resources, expertise and qualified staff to meet the challenges of the labor market depending on the best qualifications.

TAG-Knowledge is the latest initiative by HE Senator Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and CEO of TAG-Org to perform its CSR towards the Jordanian and Arab communities, and to be a hub for promoting intellect and knowledge, developing Arab youth and human resources, and qualifying the largest number of local professionals by providing them with competitive skills through exposure to knowledge and developments in the international community under the direct supervision of TAG-Org experts and exclusive sponsor by Umniah.
