The lecture presented a deep understanding to the concept of Branding Yourself and its effect on networking and communication through several case studies from real life situation and role playing

AMMAN ------ November 14, 2010 ------- Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society (TAG-Knowledge) tackled "How to Brand Yourself" in a special lecture attended by students from various universities and Society's members.

The lecture presented a deep understanding to the concept of Branding Yourself and its effect on networking and communication through several case studies from real life situation and role playing.TAG-Knowledge Wants to "Brand You"

Mr. Tareq Hammad, TAG-Knowledge executive director said: "The best person to manage your brand is yourself and if you don't brand yourself, you can rest assured that others are branding you and letting others brand you can be risky business."

"The lecture played an important role in explaining certain concepts in real life such as emotional intelligence, social networking and success as a general idea," he added.

The lecture also tackled how to differentiate yourself from others, how to position yourself clearly in the minds of others and how to focus your messages in addition to other key issues.

TAG-Knowledge is the latest initiative by Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, chairman and CEO of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) to perform its CSR towards the Jordanian and Arab communities, and to be a hub for promoting intellect and knowledge, developing Arab youth and human resources, and qualifying the largest number of local professionals by providing them with competitive skills through exposure to knowledge and developments in the international community under the direct supervision of TAG-Org experts.
