TAG-Consultants Honored by Jordan University Hospital

AMMAN--------May 27, 2010---------- Talal Abu-Ghazaleh and Co. Consulting (TAG-Consultants) in Jordan has supervised the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) project, which the Jordan University Hospital acquired.
During a special ceremony held under the patronage of Dr. Khaled Al Karaki, president of the Jordan University, Mr. Munir Herzallah, consulting manager - Jordan Office received the University’s shield on behalf of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org).
Herzallah highly commended this honor which will drive the company for ongoing excellence and creativity under the directives of Mr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh.
According to Wikipedia, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a systematic preventive approach to food safety and pharmaceutical safety that addresses physical, chemical, and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than finished product inspection. HACCP is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key actions, known as Critical Control Points (CCPs) can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realized. 
In addition, Ms. Walaa’ Saleh, Quality consultant at TAG-Consultants, was also honored with the University’s shield for her efforts during the execution of the different phases of the project under the direct supervision of Mr. Ahmad Al-Qawasmi, Quality manager and Mr. Raad Nassar, senior consultant.
From his part, Jordan University Hospital Manager Mr. Abdel Kareem Qdah highly praised TAG-Org’s support and efforts in enhancing the Hospital’s achievements by acquiring this international certificate.
