International Arab Society of Certified Accountants Signs Cooperation Agreement with Arab Institute of Certified Public Accountants

AMMAN ----- January 11, 2014------- The International Arab Society of Certified Accountants (IASCA) signed a cooperation agreement with UAE's Arab Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in the field of training.
According to the agreement both parties will cooperate in organizing joint training courses related to accounting, economy, financing and relevant sciences.
Mr. Salem Al-Oury, IASCA Manager said “This cooperation reflects the vision of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh in providing the right environment for training the Arab accountant with the best qualifications to face the labor market."
Meanwhile, Dr. Adnan Abu Odeh, AICPA chairman welcomed the cooperation agreement saying: “We are really happy to join forces in this field and as a support to the profession, the institute will offer free courses for the Society’s members in order to help them in their education."

In 12th January 1984, IASCA was established as non-profit accounting professional body in London – UK. It was officially registered in Amman on February 24, 1994. The name of the Society was amended on 18th August 2013 to be entitled as “International Arab Society for Certified Accountants”.
