Abu-Ghazaleh Focuses on World-class Education as a Human Right

MANAMA------January 6, 2013-----Under the patronage of HE Sheikha Mai bint Mohammed Al- Khalifa, Bahraini Minister of Culture, HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, president of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College of Business (TAGUCB) and member of the World Trade Organization Panel of experts on Defining the Future of Trade, will deliver a lecture on "Democracy in Education" at Shaikh Ebrahim bin Mohammed Al Khalifa Center for Culture and Research.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh will focus on his vision of world-class education as a human right and will tackle knowledge societies and their impact on the future in addition to Information Technology which has improved our lives in both measurable and immeasurable ways and revolutionized nearly every system and industry around the world.

Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh will also introduce Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University (TAGIUNI), the gateway to world-class education, a quality global e-campus university that provides digital classroom education for every student on earth seeking to democratize higher education by partnering with educational institutions around the world to make academic programs accessible and affordable.
